| Dr. Michael D. Ackerson |

Dr. Ackerson is President of Process Dynamics, Inc. Ackerson co-founded Process Dynamics in 1994 to commercialize technology developed from his research at the University of Arkansas where he is an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering. Ackerson is the inventor of Process Dynamics' processes for hydrotreating and wax separation. He received his BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1979 and 1981, respectively. After working for Phillips Petroleum Company as an Engineering Analyst for five years, Ackerson completed his PhD in Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1988. Ackerson has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since the company was founded in 1994. |

| Mr. Jeffrey L. Carr |
| Mr. Carr is Director of Marketing for Bodycote K-Tech, Inc. Carr worked as Marketing and Sales Manager for the Ceramics Department of Kaman Sciences for ten years prior to starting K-Tech Inc. in 1988 with two partners. K-Tech develops and produces ceramic coatings for exploration tooling in the petroleum industry. Because of his involvement in K-Tech, Carr has developed extensive business contacts with all of the major oil service companies. K-Tech was sold to Bodycote NA in April 2001. Carr also serves as Vice President of International Materials Corporation. He is a partner in International Equity Properties, LLC, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Ramic K-Tech Coatings Pvt. Ltd. Carr received his BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1977 and his Executive MBA from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2000. Mr. Carr has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 2002. |

| Mr. Marvin L. Dimond |

Having over 36 years of experience with Texaco, Mr. Dimond retired as President and CEO of Texaco Lubricants Company, North America, in 1990. Since that time, Dimond has worked as an independent management consultant to assist companies worldwide in improving bottom line profitability by applying the knowledge and experience gained from working in all aspects of supply, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of petroleum products for Texaco, with major emphasis on bringing new products profitably to market that are aimed at protecting the environment. As a Director of AMDURA Corporation (a NYSE company) from 1991 to 1995, Dimond was involved in bringing the company out of bankruptcy, refinancing it, and putting it on a profitable basis so that it could be subsequently sold. From 1990 until its sale to an employee in 1999, Dimond was also Director, President, and CEO of Switzerland of America, Inc., a family owned and operated one-stop recreation provider in Ouray, CO. Dimond has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 1995. |

| Mr. J. David Hair |

Mr. Hair is General Manager of Bodycote K-Tech, Inc. Hair worked for Kaman Sciences and Kaman Instrumentation, Corp., for thirteen years as Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Technical Services, Director of Marketing, and Operations Manager. In 1988, Hair and two partners started K-Tech Inc. K-Tech develops and produces ceramic coatings for exploration tooling in the petroleum industry. K-Tech was sold to Bodycote NA in April 2001. Hair also serves as Chairman and President of International Materials Corporation. He is a partner in International Equity Properties, LLC, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Ramic K-Tech Coatings Pvt. Ltd. Hair received his BA in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1968 and has taken graduate courses in chemistry from USF and business from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Hair has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since the company was founded in 1994. |

| Dr. Thomas O. Spicer, III |

Dr. Spicer is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. He is presently serving as Department Head of Chemical Engineering. Spicer’s primary research interests are in the assessment of hazards from airborne contaminants and from fire and explosion phenomena. He is a principal in the Chemical Hazards Research Center (CHRC) at the University of Arkansas; the CHRC conducts major research programs to develop and verify mathematical and wind tunnel models of the atmospheric dispersion of hazardous chemicals. Spicer has conducted research for the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Transportation, NOAA, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Chemical Engineering, and PhD in Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1981, 1983, and 1985, respectively. Spicer has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 1996. |

| Mr. Jon M. Skeds |

Mr. Skeds is Vice President of Process Dynamics, Inc., currently responsible for marketing and business development activities. Prior to joining Process Dynamics in 2004, Mr. Skeds was Director of Refining at Linde BOC Process Plants, LLC in Tulsa, OK from 1992-2004. Skeds has 30 years of experience in the field of chemical engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 1975. Mr. Skeds has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 2005. |
